Job Description

Office Manager - Dental Office SCAEL Dental Studio - Cincinnati, OH SCAEL Dental Studio is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about improving office efficiency, collections, scheduling, and patient satisfaction. We are specifically seeking a candidate with extensive experience in dental collections, insurance follow-up, accounts receivable management, and provider credentialing. The ideal candidate will be confident tracking outstanding balances, resolving insurance issues, maintaining provider enrollment, improving office systems, and driving overall collections performance. Responsibilities Manage daily front office operations and team workflow Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance Monitor collections, insurance claims, accounts receivable, and outstanding balances Develop and maintain systems to improve office collections and financial performance Coordinate insurance credentialing, recredentialing, and provider enrollment processes Maintain provider participation with insurance networks and Medicaid plans Track credentialing deadlines, documentation, and renewals Assist with staff accountability and office performance goals Coordinate communication between providers, assistants, and front office team members Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction Maintain office organization, systems, and policies Train and support front office staff Assist with insurance verification, billing, and claim follow-up Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience required Strong experience with dental collections and accounts receivable management required Experience with provider credentialing and insurance enrollment preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and collections systems Experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead a team professionally Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $75,000+ annually, based on experience Bonus opportunities tied to office collections and performance Opportunities for growth and leadership development Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee dental benefits Paid time off Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position may include occasional weekends in the future as the office continues to grow Join a growing team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate dental care to the community.
