- 28/hour Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience to support daily business operations.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a stable schedule and the chance to grow within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and track payments Handle collections, billing discrepancies, and vendor communications Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting needs Coordinate office administrative functions including supplies, scheduling, and documentation Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks Assist with payroll support and general HR-related administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience Hands-on experience with AR/AP processes, billing, and reconciliations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
