Required qualifications for Business Office Manager (BOM): Prefer 2-3 years of experience as Business Office Director in skilled nursing care. Organizational and attention to detail is a must Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
