Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager Assistant/Scheduler to join our dynamic team! Duties Assigning technicians to service calls, repairs, installation and preventive maintenance. Answering inquiries, communicating job statuses, and resolving customer issues. Ordering parts, managing work orders, and coordinating with the inventory department. Processing service tickets and reviewing technician hours. Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Support office management activities by organizing events, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environmentSkills Personal assistant experience or background in office experience highly desirableJoin us as an Office Manager Assistant and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
