Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines office management with bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to support our administrative functions and customer interactions. Duties Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk activities Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable and accounts payable Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, booking travel and coordinate office events or deliveries Support administrative tasks with other departments such as reports, issuing purchase orders, managing office supplies and other assistant duties as needed Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office policies to promote an efficient work environment Experience Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting preferred Excellent communication skills Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us to be part of a forward-thinking company where your organizational talents and financial expertise will help drive success. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
