AMA LTC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) to support and oversee business office operations throughout our Ohio facilities. This role is ideal for a strong healthcare revenue cycle professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching, developing, and supporting facility business office teams. Position Summary The Regional BOM will partner with facility leadership teams to ensure business office functions are operating efficiently and effectively. This position will provide oversight, training, auditing, and support related to accounts receivable, Medicaid and Medicare billing, collections, admissions processes, resident trust accounts, and overall revenue cycle performance. Responsibilities Provide regional oversight and support to facility Business Office Managers. Conduct routine audits of business office operations and financial processes. Monitor accounts receivable performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist facilities with Medicaid pending accounts, eligibility issues, and reimbursement challenges. Train and mentor Business Office Managers and admissions personnel. Support facilities during leadership transitions and staffing vacancies. Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Leaders to achieve census and cash collection goals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve key performance indicators. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Business Office Manager experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care. Multi-facility or regional healthcare business office experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing. Experience with accounts receivable management and collections. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel throughout Ohio as needed.
