Subaru Warranty Administrator- ONSITE ONLY Wagner Subaru - 4.0 Fairborn, OH Job Details Full-time $20 - $30 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Administrative experience Working in the automotive repair industry Warranty issues management Dealership experience Full Job Description Full-Time Subaru Warranty Administrator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Subaru Warranty Administrator to manage all warranty claims processing and warranty-related administrative functions for our dealership. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience, strong knowledge of Subaru policies and procedures, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions. Key Responsibilities Process and submit all Subaru warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer timelines Review and audit repair orders to ensure proper documentation, labor operations, and coding Verify technician stories, causal parts, and required attachments prior to claim submission Monitor claim status and resolve rejected or pending claims promptly Reconcile warranty receivables and maintain clean schedules Track warranty parts returns and ensure compliance with Subaru retention policies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Subaru warranty policies, recalls, campaigns, and service bulletins Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Department, and Management to ensure proper claim documentation Prepare and submit warranty cancellations, adjustments, and goodwill claims as needed Assist with internal and manufacturer warranty audits Maintain organized digital and physical warranty files in accordance with compliance standards Qualifications Previous automotive dealership warranty administration experience required Previous Subaru warranty experience is strongly preferred Experience with CDK dealership management system is strongly preferred Mechanical knowledge or prior automotive service experience is a significant plus Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty guidelines and claim submission systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in accounting or business preferred)
