Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping and office administration functions for three affiliated companies. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records for three companies Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records Manage vendor relationships and office expenses Organize and maintain company files and documentation Support management with administrative and operational tasks Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous bookkeeping and office management experience preferred Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and problem-solving skills
