Our mission is to provide exceptional service and premium products to our customers. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ohio Premium Provisions. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Your contributions will help us maintain our high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to staff. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Accurately process customer's orders Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Assist with customer support tasks, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration. Perform data entry and manage QuickBooks for financial tracking as needed. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.

Requirements Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.). Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
