The Role:
What You'll Do As our Business Office Manager, you are the financial heartbeat of our facility. You'll keep our operations running smoothly, balance the books, and be a trusted guide for our residents and their families.
Financial Captain:
Oversee all business office functions, including resident billing, collections, financial record-keeping, and processing accounts receivable.
Trust Builder:
Manage resident trust accounts in strict compliance with federal/state regulations and work closely with families on payment plans.
Medicaid Maestro:
Handle Medicaid eligibility verifications and serve as the ultimate liaison between the facility, families, and third-party payers.
Admissions Partner:
Manage resident admissions paperwork and collaborate seamlessly with our clinical staff.
Compliance Champion:
Keep us sharp, organized, and fully aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards. What You Bring to the
Team Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Office Manager (bonus points if it's in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility!).
Industry Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with electronic medical records/billing software (like PointClickCare).
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is a major plus.
