Full-time Office Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a full time Office Manager to join our team at our Electrical division in Van Wert, OH. The ideal Office Manager is an active self-starter who expresses a sense of urgency and pride in their work. They should be positive, professional, and serve as a good representative of the ATR Contractors brand. This individual will support company operations by maintaining efficiency and productivity in the office.
Duties:
- Oversight of day-to-day office activities
- Answer phones
- Receive service calls and set up jobs
- Job tracking and invoicing
- Work order setup and tracking
- Maintain construction job client files
- Invoicing and collecting on invoices
- Create and maintain reports in Microsoft Office, Construction Software, & Google Docs
- Order and maintain office/business supplies
- Filling & submitting daily work tickets
- Process & track orders
- Greet visitors
- Other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
