Job Description

Super C Mart is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to fill our Office Manager / Flex Position. This unique role offers flexibility based on the candidate's availability and career goals. Part-Time Team Members will serve as the store's Office Manager , focusing primarily on office operations and administrative responsibilities. Full-Time Team Members will serve as the Office Manager while also assisting with various operational needs throughout the store, providing support wherever needed to help ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Office Manager Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Balance cash drawers and assist with bookkeeping functions Process invoices, paperwork, and store reports Maintain accurate records and filing systems Assist with payroll-related and employee documentation as needed Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service Support store management with administrative projects and communications Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Additional Full-Time Flex Responsibilities Provide support to various departments throughout the store as needed Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks Help maintain store cleanliness and organization Support front-end operations during busy periods Assist customers throughout the store and help resolve concerns Adapt to changing priorities and help wherever needed Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Basic computer and office software proficiency Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Previous office, retail, bookkeeping, or management experience is preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday (full-time flex role)

From $9.00 per hour
