Auto Sales Office Manager / 2yrs Experience

```Duties```

• Manage the front desk and serve as a friendly first point of contact for visitors and customers
• Manage social media marketing and maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform general clerical duties
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain an organized office environment ```Qualifications```
• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
• Must have social media marketing experience
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial and payroll management tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• High level of professionalism and discretion
