Job Description

Orthopedic Solutions is a private orthopedic practice in Edmond, OK specializing in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and podiatry. We are looking for an experienced and self-directed Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic and serve as the administrative backbone of our practice. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can manage people, own processes, and keep things running without a lot of hand-holding. Responsibilities Include:
Employee training, performance reviews, and day-to-day staff management PTO tracking and payroll processing Hiring and onboarding support Accounts receivable and accounts payable (check signing not required) Supply ordering and vendor contract oversight Insurance credentialing, payer enrollments, and fee schedule oversight Hospital credentialing Compliance oversight including HIPAA, OSHA, and MIPS Serving as the primary point of contact for technology and software operations Participation in quarterly meetings with Athena (our EMR platform) What we're looking for: Experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a supervisory or lead role Comfortable managing a small team and having direct conversations when needed Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Familiarity with medical office software; Athena EMR experience a plus Associates degree or higher preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
Compensation:
$50,000-$55,000 depending on experience
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
