Job Description
Job Overview Sherlock Homes is seeking an experienced Office Assistant with a strong understanding of sales and finance to join our team! This role requires a motivated individual who can handle various administrative and sales-related tasks while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Duties Sales assistance and customer support Data entry and maintaining organized records Financing and loan processing coordination Inventory management and tracking General office duties, including scheduling and emails Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Provide support as a personal assistant to senior staff members when necessary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously, providing exceptional service at all times. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required. Qualifications Experience in an office setting with sales or finance knowledge (required) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new system An outgoing and friendly personality with a team-oriented mindset Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Photography skills and an eye for detail (a plus)Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are an advantage.
