You will work directly with ownership, customers, installers, service technicians, and subcontractors to help keep projects moving forward and ensure a great customer experience. This is not an accounting position. This is an operations, scheduling, communication, and organization role. Responsibilities Customer Communication Answer incoming phone calls Respond to customer inquiries Schedule appointments Follow up with customers Help maintain a professional customer experience Scheduling & Operations Coordinate schedules for multiple crews Assist with project scheduling Track project progress Communicate schedule changes to customers and crews Help coordinate subcontractors and vendors Manage calendars and appointments Administrative Support Create and maintain project files Organize digital and physical records Maintain company documents Enter information into company systems Support management with administrative tasks Office Organization Maintain organized file structures Improve digital filing systems Help create and maintain office procedures Help improve workflow processes Required Skills Technical Skills Proficient with Microsoft Word Proficient with Microsoft Excel Proficient with Google Docs Proficient with Google Sheets Comfortable learning new software systems Comfortable working with shared files and digital document management Professional Skills Excellent phone communication skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Strong follow-through and accountability Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members Experience in one or more of the following: Construction Home services Pool industry Landscaping Service businesses Operations coordination
