Job Description

Assisted Living Community is seeking an Office Manager to optimize office operations. This support position combines responsibilities that cover greeting visitors, assisting residents, completing administrative tasks, supporting department heads to ensure they have the necessary resources needed to complete their duties, financial responsibilities that include processing invoices, human resources support, marketing of community, assistance with the move-in process.
Qualifications:
Good communication skills.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of assisted living regulations. Experience in office management with good computer skills. Ability to problem solve and to get along well with others in a senior living environment. Background check required.
