Office Manager - Home Inspection Company Junction City, OR | Onsite, Full-Time | $45,000-$65,000 plus Bonuses & Wage Growth Opportunities About the Role We're a growing home inspection company looking for a sharp, organized, and tech-savvy Office Manager to be the central hub of our operation, with 2 additional supporting roles in the office. You'll coordinate schedules for our crew of inspectors, serve as the main point of contact for real estate agents, and keep our remote team perfectly in sync. If you thrive on keeping multiple moving parts organized and love being the person who makes everything run smoothly, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage and coordinate daily/weekly schedules for a team of home inspectors Communicate directly with real estate agents to confirm inspection details, answer questions, and resolve scheduling conflicts Keep our remote team aligned using shared calendars, messaging platforms, and scheduling software Maintain accurate records, reports, and client files Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office administration Troubleshoot day-to-day scheduling issues and proactively prevent conflicts What You Bring Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple schedules and urgent needs Comfort with technology: scheduling software, shared calendars, email platforms, and communication tools (Slack, Teams, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Real estate or home inspection industry experience is a plus, but not required Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Why Join Us Starting pay of $45,000-$65,000, with opportunities for bonuses and wage increases based on performance Full-time, onsite position in Junction City, OR A growing company where your organizational skills directly impact our success How to Apply We get a high volume of applications, and we want to find people who actually read postings carefully.
