This is a key role in the day-to-day operation of our community — you will keep our financials accurate, our staff records compliant, and our office running smoothly. What You'll Do Bookkeeping & Finance
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Handle resident billing and collections, including Medicaid billing
  • Reconcile accounts, maintain financial records, and assist with reporting Payroll
  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using Paylocity
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance Personnel Records & Compliance Tracking
  • Lead employee onboarding and maintain up-to-date personnel files
  • Track and ensure staff compliance with continuing education and certification requirements
  • Support benefits administration and employment regulation compliance Staffing Coordination Oversight
  • Supervise the Staffing Coordinator and oversee scheduling coverage
  • Serve as the escalation point for staffing challenges What We're Looking For
  • 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or a related role preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software (required)
  • Experience with Paylocity, ONShift, and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes a strong plus
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, or assisted living preferred
  • Highly organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator who works well with staff, residents, and families
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Systems We Use QuickBooks (or similar) | AppFolio | Paylocity | ONShift | ECP | Microsoft 365 — training provided on facility-specific platforms. $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
