Portland, OR 97230 About the Employer Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Office Administrator to support daily administrative and financial operations. This role manages accounts payable and receivable, maintains filing systems, handles incoming calls, and assists with light HR functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced office, communicates professionally, and enjoys being the go‑to person for administrative support. This position reports directly to Executive Leadership. Essential Job Duties Financial Administration — Process A/P and A/R transactions, reconcile invoices and vendor statements, prepare customer invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate financial records. Data Entry & Recordkeeping — Enter financial and operational data into accounting systems; organize digital and physical documents. Clerical Support — Perform filing, scanning, document management, supply ordering, and calendar coordination. Front Office Operations — Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, manage mail, and support daily office communication. HR Assistance — Assist with onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, coordinate schedules, and support HR initiatives. Requirements Office Administration Experience — 2+ years in office admin, accounting, or related field preferred. Technical Skills — Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).Organizational Strength — Strong multitasking, communication, and attention to detail. Confidentiality — Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
