PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and support administrative, dispatch, and business support functions ensuring effective daily operations and safe service delivery
• Collaborate with Operations leadership, technicians, internal departments, and external contractors to review processes, resolve operational issues, and implement improvements
• Oversee performance measurement, regulatory compliance (including PUC requirements), and operational reporting related to customer service and response
• Assist with the development of training materials and provide training for supervisory and hourly employees
• Support financial management activities, including annual budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost trend identification
• Analyze operational, resource, and cost data across multiple departments to recommend business improvements related to safety, efficiency, emergency response, customer service, and employee engagement
• Participate in special projects and provide operational support as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Aptitude to quickly learn new technology, including the current software systems utilized by the company
• Ability to work in both an individual and team setting to accomplish common goals and initiatives
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Desire to work in the field and office settings to gain thorough knowledge of the Operations department
• Ability to travel to remote operating offices as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in training office and field employees
• Experience in various systems and applications, including SAP, PeopleSoft, and GIS
• Operational knowledge of a natural gas utility

PA. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary for this position is $62,500 - 72,000. This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
