Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a reliable, organized Part-Time Office Manager to support daily operations for a small business. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicates professionally, and has hands-on experience with QuickBooks and general office management. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with basic questions Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using QuickBooks Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate financial records Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Coordinate with management and support general administrative needs Qualifications QuickBooks experience required (AP/AR proficiency) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a small office environment Prior office management or bookkeeping experience preferred
Position Details Part-time:
