The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks a must.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using double-entry bookkeeping methods. Process journal entries and reconcile accounts. Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions. Conduct account analysis and assist with financial reporting. Process Payroll, commission calculations. Record payments and make bank deposits. Weekly bill payments.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting practices. Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles. Experience with QuickBooks software. Ability to perform accurate journal entries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts. Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting. Ability to analyze accounts and perform account reconciliations. Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
