Office Administrator•
Hiring Immediately Location:
Somerset, PA
Pay Range:
$16•23 per hour (depending on experience) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Bigfoot Construction is a growing construction company based in the Somerset area. We take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and team members. We are looking to hire an organized and dependable Office Administrator immediately to help manage daily office operations and keep our team running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and being an important part of a growing company. There is strong opportunity for growth within the company for the right person. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette Maintain office organization and assist with daily administrative tasks Manage calendars, scheduling, and office communications Enter receipts and assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks Upload and organize documents in Google Drive Assist with office purchasing, bill payments, and office supply orders Help track employee hours for payroll review Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Requirements Reliable transportation Strong organization and attention to detail Professional phone and communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn office systems Trustworthy and dependable (position involves handling company purchases and financial records) Preferred Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Experience using Google Drive and Mac computers (MacBook) Previous administrative or office experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($16•23 depending on experience) Paid holidays after 1 year PTO after 1 year 401(k) with up to 4% company match Opportunity to grow into higher roles within the company If you are organized, dependable, and looking for a company where your work matters, we would love to hear from you.
