Full-Time Reports to: Operations Manager / Owner The Mission We are seeking a disciplined, highly organized Office Manager to be the daily anchor of our headquarters. This is a role for someone who thrives in a professional office environment and takes pride in being the "central hub" of a business. You will ensure that billing, insurance compliance, tax filings, and inventory tracking are handled with military precision, while keeping our physical and digital workspace in perfect order.
Your Impact Organizational Mastery:
You will own the filing systems (both physical and digital), ensuring all records are up-to-date, structured, and instantly accessible.
Executive Support:
Directly assist the Operations Manager and Owner with daily administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Financial Flow:
Manage the full cycle of billing and invoicing. You'll be the primary point of contact for ensuring revenue is documented and processed correctly.
Inventory & Asset Tracking:
Maintain a rigorous system for tracking supplies and equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring nothing runs low or goes missing.
Compliance Management:
Take the lead on Certificate of Insurance (COI) tracking and renewals. You'll ensure the business and its partners are always compliant and protected.
Tax Administration:
Execute timely and accurate sales tax filings, staying ahead of deadlines, maintaining meticulous records, and managing master service agreements
Office Logistics:
Act as the on-site "fixer" by managing office logistics and streamlining administrative workflows. What You Bring to the

You have a natural aversion to clutter. You believe everything has a place—from a digital file to a piece of physical inventory—and you enjoy maintaining that order.
Financial Savvy:
Proven experience in billing, invoicing, and basic administrative accounting.
Detail-Oriented Tracking:
Experience managing inventory or assets with a high degree of accuracy.
Compliance Knowledge:
You understand the high stakes of sales tax filings and insurance documentation where accuracy is non-negotiable.
Reliability:
You enjoy the consistency of a 5-day-per-week office environment and being a visible, dependable part of a team.
