Job Responsibilities:

Answer phones, emails, and texts from customers Enter checks and calculate bank deposits Schedule customers Handle collection for accounts Process credit cards Work with national maintenance companies Train cleaners on how to process invoices and work orders Assist with proposal preparation

Job Qualifications:

Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Experience with computers and Microsoft Office Outgoing personality and experience working with general public Excellent organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Trustworthy, reliable, independent worker High School or GED completed Office related experience preferred Thank you for your interest in Fish Window Cleaning ®.
