ONYX loops is a fast-growing company supporting the elevator and escalator industry across North America. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Allrounder to support our daily operations and customer communication. This is a hybrid role with primarily home office work, combined with onboarding and occasional in-person workdays in our Miramar / Condado office. What You'll Be Doing Preparing and sending customer quotations Customer follow-ups and communication Sending invoices and following up on outstanding payments Adding claims and operational information into our database Supporting daily office and operational workflows Helping keep projects, communication, and administration structured and organized Shipping Organization Field Service Scheduling Social Media Support What We're Looking For Strong business English communication skills (written and verbal) Highly detail-oriented and structured Comfortable working independently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Positive attitude and ownership mentality Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Good computer and administrative skills Based in San Juan, PR Availability Requirement This role requires flexibility to work a later shift and be available until 8:00 PM Eastern / AST when needed to support customers and operations on the West Coast.
