Job Description

Bookkeeper/Office Manager 7015 Church Hill Road, Chestertown, MD 21620 Hybrid work From $25 an hour - Part-time From $25 an hour - Part-time About us Chesapeake Boat Lift Services has been the regional leader in boat lift sales and service since 2004. We are dealers for Magnum and Hi-Tide lifts. We are searching for an intrinsically motivated person who has extensive experience in Quickbooks and the day to day running of an office.
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures. Use of Quickbooks and other computer programs. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately. Update/maintain online presence and social media. The position is very open ended. The immediate need is data entry/data updating and customer invoicing in QB. After that its up to you. Boat lifts and marine construction are very seasonal. Spring and summer we are slammed. Winters is slow. The role can grow with you. Pay commensurate with ability.
