About Light Box Homes Light Box Homes is a boutique residential renovation company serving the Northeast Metro Atlanta area. We specialize in high-quality, design-led home transformations — whole-home remodels, kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, and major reconfigurations. We're a small, owner-operated business built on trust, craftsmanship, and a commitment to making the renovation experience exceptional for every client. We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, bilingual office team member to become an essential part of how we operate. The Role This is not a sit-and-wait position. We need someone who notices what needs to happen next — and does it. You'll support three areas of our business: renovation projects, rental properties, and day-to-day company operations. You'll work directly with both owners and will interface with our bookkeeper, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and tenants — many of whom are Spanish-speaking. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required for this role.

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | approx. 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Partial remote flexibility available What You'll Do Office & Administration Answer and direct calls, emails, and messages Open, sort, scan, and organize mail (physical and digital) Manage office supplies and general upkeep Maintain organized Google Drive folders for all projects Build and maintain repeatable systems and checklists Renovation Project Support Assist with client intake and scheduling Support preparation of project specs, selections, and scopes Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and vendor scheduling Assist with permit applications and follow-ups Rental Property Support Handle tenant communication via WhatsApp, text, and email Coordinate maintenance requests and track open issues to resolution Manage utility accounts, pest control, and vendor appointments Finance & Bookkeeper Support Organize receipts, invoices, and payment records Assist with accounts payable/receivable and check preparation Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for missing documentationWhat We're Looking For Required:
Capable in English and Spanish — spoken and written Exceptional organization and follow-through Proactive — you flag problems before they become fires Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) Professional, trustworthy, and discreet Strong attention to detail and high personal standards Reliable and consistent — you do what you sayPreferred:
