Excavation Inc. is a growing company looking for a sharp, self-directed Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our operations remotely. This role spans day-to-day administrative work through higher-level executive support and data analysis — you'll own everything from keeping the office running smoothly to helping inform key business decisions. Hours are flexible and agreed upon in advance. Responsibilities Managing invoices, payments, and reconciliation to maintain healthy cash flow (AP/AR) Processing payroll accurately and on time Monitoring shared inboxes and flagging or escalating priority items General data entry, document organization, and digital filing Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars Drafting and proofreading routine correspondence Pulling and analyzing data Preparing briefing materials, reports, and presentations Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable availability during agreed-upon hours Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Clear and professional written communication Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Proactive communicator with strong analytical thinking
