Office Manager Location:
Lubbock, TX We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to join our team in Lubbock! This dual-role position is essential to ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, our office stays in top shape, and our leadership team remain organized, prepared, and focused. ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support Communication Hub:
Serve as a primary communication point between clients, partners, and our internal team through phone calls, Zoom meetings, emails, texts, and in-person interactions.
Calendar & Scheduling:
Assist the leadership team with scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and keeping all moving parts aligned.
Project Coordination:
Help track tasks, notes, outstanding bills and invoices, documents, and ongoing initiatives to keep the team organized and on target.
Collaboration:
Work directly with leadership to move company priorities forward and support business growth.
Office Management Office Upkeep:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Handle daily tidying, organization, and general upkeep.
Inventory & Supplies:
Manage office supplies, snack/drink stocking, and purchasing needs.
Front-Desk Support:
Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and serve as the welcoming face of the office.
Facilities Coordination:
Manage office maintenance requests, vendor communication, and equipment needs.
HR & Operational Support Payroll Assistance:
Assist with processing payroll and gathering employee information as needed.
Employee Onboarding:
Help prepare onboarding materials, set up new hires, and support basic HR coordination.
Documentation:
Maintain internal records, digital filing, and organized documentation systems. Errands & General Support Run errands such as picking up office supplies, materials, team meals, or other items needed to support daily operations. Support company events, team meetings, and special projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills Basic knowledge of marketing terminology and concepts is a plus.
Strong computer skills:
Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and general web/app proficiency. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and writing abilities. Ability to work well within a team and manage conflict with professionalism. Must be able to run local errands and commute around town as needed. Self-driven, motivated, and committed to excellence—never settling.
