Office Manager Duties:
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Manage office budget and expenses
Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
Develop and implement training programs for staff development
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Manage calendars and schedules for executives and staff
Experience:
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Familiarity with vendor management processes
Basic knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
Ability to develop and implement training programs for staff development
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and schedules efficiently
