This is a full-time role based in Marble Falls, TX, with an initial onsite training period followed by a hybrid schedule.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations within a fast-paced, client-focused financial services environment. This individual will assist with document management, client communication, and internal coordination to ensure smooth business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and organize documents using internal trust and recordkeeping systems Support scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate client records Assist with client communication, including verifying account and personal information Ensure accuracy and compliance in handling sensitive financial documentation Provide general administrative support across departments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in administrative or office support within a professional business environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize high-volume documentation Proficiency with office systems and technology; comfort learning new platforms Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
