Job Description:
As the Office Administrator with this established professional services firm, you will serve as a critical operational partner to senior leadership while overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. This highly visible role combines executive support, office operations, project coordination, event management, and light financial administration to help ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including complex calendar coordination, scheduling, correspondence, and priority management. Oversee daily office operations and serve as a go-to resource for internal administrative processes, vendor coordination, and office logistics. Create structure and consistency across administrative workflows by maintaining organized systems, templates, trackers, and process documentation. Support light accounting and operational reporting functions, including invoice tracking, vendor payments, expense coordination, and receivables follow-up. Partner with leadership on special projects, process improvements, compliance-related tasks, and operational initiatives that enhance overall firm efficiency. Coordinate internal meetings, client-facing events, and firm gatherings, managing timelines, vendors, materials, and execution from start-to-finish. Provide proactive communication and regular updates regarding outstanding tasks, deadlines, and project status to ensure seamless follow-through. Assist with mentoring, supervising, and supporting administrative staff while helping establish best practices and cross-functional coverage plans. Maintain highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in all interactions.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity.
