This role will require you to report both in person and work remotely at times from home with the likelihood that it will transition to a fully in-office opportunity. Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
Schedule estimates and sold projects
Manage production calendar
Coordinate weather-related schedule changes
Confirm upcoming appointments
Follow up with customers regarding scheduling and project updates
Maintain customer records in Jobber
Send invoices and assist with collections
Request customer reviews
Assist with production coordination and scheduling
Back office administrative tasks as necessary Qualifications
Experience with scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or office administration preferred
Experience with Jobber or similar CRM software preferred, and with Microsoft office suite of softwares Construction or home service industry experience is a HUGE plus!! Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM EST
