Office Administrator Part-Time to Full-Time • Hybrid • Bingen, WA About the Role Guzzle H2O is a growing company passionate about keeping people hydrated and on the move. We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our business expands. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, small-business environment and is comfortable wearing many hats. This hybrid position requires regular on-site presence at our Bingen, WA location to manage daily operational tasks, with flexibility for remote work on applicable duties. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Customer Service Process and track incoming customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Communicate order status updates to customers and resolve inquiries professionally Maintain organized records of all customer transactions Operate our fulfillment and business stack including Shopify, Quickbooks, Katana and Shiprush Purchasing & Vendor Relations Purchase materials, supplies, and inventory from vendors Manage purchase orders and maintain vendor records Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment Invoicing & Accounts Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately Track outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking Shipping & Logistics Coordinate and process outbound shipments, including packaging and carrier scheduling Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with carrier requirements Trade Shows & Events Assist with planning, logistics, and setup for trade shows and events Coordinate booth materials, product samples, and travel arrangements Represent Guzzle H2O professionally at trade show events when needed Marketing Support Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials Assist with social media content, email newsletters, or other digital outreach as needed Help maintain brand consistency across communications and materials Qualifications 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or a related role Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Experience with invoicing or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting Experience with shipping platforms preferred Interest in outdoor recreation, hydration, or consumer products is a bonus What We Offer Flexible, part-time schedule with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role Hybrid work arrangement — a mix of on-site (Bingen, WA) and remote work Collaborative, small-team environment where your contributions make a real impact Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience Opportunity to be part of a growing brand in the outdoor space Accrued PTO How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and a brief cover letter describing their relevant experience and interest in the role.
