We support nationwide merchandising, staffing, and operational projects through strong organization, communication, and execution. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support our Operations and Human Resources teams. This is a remote position; however, candidates local to the North Atlanta area (Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Canton) are strongly preferred due to occasional in-person meetings and team collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and enjoys supporting both administrative and operational functions tied to nationwide retail projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project logistics, scheduling, and communication across teams Manage employee timesheets, work hours, and payroll-related administration Answer and direct incoming calls while supporting field employees and leadership Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee coordination Maintain employee records and administrative updates within company systems Support reporting, scheduling, and general office administration Work closely with Operations and Human Resources to support staffing and project execution Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and operationally supported
Qualifications:
Administrative, HR, recruiting, payroll, or project coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficient with Microsoft Office and Administrative Systems Experience with timekeeping, payroll, or workforce management platforms is a plus Staffing, retail merchandising, or project-based industry experience preferred
Schedule Expectations:
Flexibility is required, including occasional weekend work during peak project periods.
