Job Description

We are a family-owned conex container rental company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This hybrid role combines remote and in-office work.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Assist with bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking Create and send invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments Respond to customer emails and provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate financial and customer records Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with bookkeeping, AR/AP, and invoicing Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Self-motivated with attention to detail
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours with a mix of remote and in-office work. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, family-run business in a supportive and collaborative environment . Starting pay is $22.00/hr for a qualified individual with a chance to increase after 60 days based on performance.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
