Job Description
Office Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator Evermark Renovations LLC is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to assist with scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, and general office organization. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Pay:
$18-22 per hour
Hours:
10-15 hours per week Responsibilities Answer customer calls, texts, and emails Schedule estimates, appointments, and project meetings Follow up on estimates and customer inquiries Create and send invoices Track customer payments and outstanding balances Enter and track employee hours Organize customer files, receipts, and project records Maintain company calendars and schedules Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, office, customer service, or bookkeeping experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office is a plus Basic computer and email proficiency Ability to work independently Reliable and detail-oriented Customer service experience preferred Construction office experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Flexible schedule. Remote or hybrid work available for qualified applicants.
