Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized, sales minded Office Administrator/Receptionist/Social Media Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming voice of our business, scheduling appointments, keeping our system organized and current, providing essential administrative support. Your energy, professionalism, and multitasking skills will ensure our operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Handle operation responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and operating system (Service Minder). Create and manage social media (IG, FB, TT) Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Audit invoices and appointments on a consistent basis Order permits, inspections, etc Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Technologically fluent Proficiency in Google Business Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and general office software applications Adaptability to learning new systems, skills and changing needs in growing business Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
