https://masterpiececonstructiontx.com/ About the Role We're looking for a seasoned Office Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our office, keep leadership organized and accountable, support bookkeeping and financial administration, and serve as a trusted resource for our team. You will be the person who helps hold all the moving pieces together. You'll support the owner, coordinate office activities, maintain organization across projects and finances, answer phones, welcome visitors, and ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations and administration Answer phones and serve as the primary point of contact for the office Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, and follow-up tasks for leadership Support bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Prepare reports and financial information for owner review Maintain organized records, files, and company documentation Coordinate communication between the office, field team, vendors, and clients Track deadlines, open items, and action plans Help improve systems, processes, and office workflows Support employee onboarding and general administrative needs Contribute to a positive, organized, and supportive team culture What We're Looking For Required Qualities Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and personal accountability Self-directed and proactive Able to identify problems and create solutions independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and trustworthy Comfortable balancing kindness with accountability Able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision Takes pride in helping others succeed Preferred Experience 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Bookkeeper, or similar role Experience supporting a small business, construction company, service business, or trades-based organization Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, or financial administration Experience supporting business owners or leadership teams Technology Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: QuickBooks Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) JobTread CRM systems Scheduling software Construction management platforms Our Culture Masterpiece Construction is a faith-based company that seeks to honor God through our work, our relationships, and the way we serve others.
