Our administrative team supports the clinicians within our organization in all the behind-the-scenes tasks to provide therapy and assessment services. The overall administrative process includes, but is not limited to, the client intake process, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing. The ideal Office Manager is someone who can lead a team of Administrative Assistants effectively, while spearheading projects to improve on the overall company workflow. Prior healthcare experience in a private psychology practice is preferred, but is not required. Role and Responsibilities Leading an administrative team to support clinical team Handling client inquiries regarding services Verifying clients' insurance eligibility and benefits for services Address scheduling matters and changes Following-up on billing for insurance claims Maintaining client confidentiality and following HIPAA practices Spearheading administrative projects given by the Operations Manager Miscellaneous administrative tasks, as needed Qualifications and Education Requirements Required High School Diploma or GED completed Pass Criminal Background Check Preferred Prior leadership/management experience 2+ years of prior private practice experience in psychology or behavioral-related field 1+ years of billing experience dealing with insurance and patient responsibilities
