Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and administrative purposes. Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative duties.. Handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multi-line systems to direct calls appropriately and respond promptly to inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google applications, and QuickBooks accounting software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse client needs. Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading is essential. Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while providing exceptional customer support in fast-paced environments.
