Windfall Auto Sales & Service is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Manager / Sales Associate. This position combines dealership office administration, bookkeeping, and customer sales support. Responsibilities Office & Accounting Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and filing systems Handle accounts payable and receivable Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Prepare invoices, deposits, and financial reports Assist with payroll and expense tracking Process vehicle paperwork, title work, and registration documents Ensure dealership records remain organized and compliant Sales & Customer Service Greet and assist customers in person and by phone Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries Support vehicle sales and follow-up communications Schedule appointments and vehicle deliveries Assist with marketing and social media updates as needed Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Compensation Part-time position Flexible schedule Competitive hourly pay based on experience Uncapped sales commission opportunities available Potential for additional hours and advancement Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is comfortable balancing bookkeeping, office management, and customer interaction.
