This role is vital in creating a welcoming feel for clients while efficiently managing administrative tasks behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities confidently. Your proactive approach will help foster a productive workplace, support daily operations, and enhance overall office efficiency. Responsibilities Write a grammatically correct sentence. If you can't, or are not that good at punctuation and spelling, then do NOT bother applying. Greet clients warmly on the phone, ensuring they feel welcome to be a CETC client and attended to promptly. Manage phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills. Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records. Utilize computer skills across Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations. Oversee office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and functional. Provide administrative support including calendar management, personal assistance tasks, bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software, and supporting team members as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with STRONG clerical skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and
ADVANCED
computer literacy. Experience handling multiple phone calls at once and demonstrating professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous but not required. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
