We are partnering with a well-established investment firm seeking an experienced Office / Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day office functionality and support broader operational needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial services experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys keeping teams running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace environment Manage vendors, office services, facilities, and related budgets Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, seating, and maintenance Support leadership with operational initiatives and process improvements Assist with onboarding coordination and cross-functional administrative support Help plan internal meetings, events, and team initiatives Maintain and improve office procedures and operational workflows Qualifications 5+ years of office management or operations experience within finance, investment management, private equity, hedge fund, or similar financial services environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard workplace tools What They Offer $130K - $150K Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus Hybrid work schedule Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, high-performing team environment Strong leadership and long-term growth opportunity
