Experienced Professionals Only About the Opportunity A well-established independent wealth management firm with over 50 years of success is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support daily operations and provide exceptional service to clients. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Position Overview The Office Manager serves as a key member of our team and plays an important role in ensuring efficient office operations, supporting advisors, and delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative functions Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications via phone, email, and in person Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client service requests Assist advisors with account paperwork, client onboarding, and follow-up activities Maintain accurate client and office records Support compliance and operational processes Address time-sensitive matters and help resolve client or administrative issues professionally and efficiently Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed Qualifications Significant prior experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Client Service Associate, or similar administrative role Financial services industry experience strongly preferred Experience with LPL Financial systems is a plus, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office technology High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability Schedule & Compensation Part-time position with flexible scheduling Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience, qualifications, and industry background Anticipated schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate What We Offer Opportunity to join a respected and stable wealth management practice with a long-standing history of serving clients Flexible work schedule Professional and collaborative work environment Direct interaction with clients and experienced financial professionals Meaningful role with significant responsibility and impact How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction describing your relevant experience and interest in the position.
