Job Description

Part-Time Office & Property Support Position We are looking for a reliable, organized local person to assist with office operations, rental property coordination, and general business support. This is a part-time position based in the Alpena area with flexible hours and the opportunity to grow over time for the right person. Responsibilities Open and organize mail Enter bills and invoices into Bill.com and other software systems Help keep records, files, and correspondence organized Respond to basic emails and communications Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Assist with a small number of rental properties and related tasks Help track projects and follow up on open items Skills Needed Basic computer skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Organized and detail-oriented Good communication and follow-through Able to learn new software systems Reliable and trustworthy Additional Information Part-time position with flexible scheduling Local travel occasionally required Mileage reimbursed for approved travel Opportunity for additional responsibility over time Ideal Candidate This position is ideal for someone who: Likes keeping things organized Is comfortable working independently Wants a steady, flexible role with variety Is dependable and good with follow-through To Apply Please send a résumé along with a short note about: Your experience with office or administrative work Software or computer systems you are comfortable using Your availability Why this position interests you
