  • Part-time, Full-time Atlanta Pool Solutions is seeking a dependable and organized Secretary / Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, field staff, and management.
This role is responsible for scheduling, customer communication, administrative support, billing assistance, recordkeeping, and office coordination to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting both office and field teams.
