This role will assist with daily business office functions, administrative tasks, resident account support, billing coordination, vendor processing, and communication with residents, families, staff, and outside partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Support daily business office operations Assist with resident billing, accounts receivable follow-up, deposits, and payment documentation. Help process invoices, purchase orders, vendor statements, and business office records. Maintain accurate files, spreadsheets, reports, and financial records. Communicate professionally with residents, families, vendors, staff, and corporate support teams. Coordinate with admissions, nursing, social services, and other departments as needed. Help prepare and organize documents for month-end close and routine reporting. Maintain confidentiality of resident, employee, and financial information. Perform other administrative and business office duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior business office, accounting, billing, or administrative experience preferred. Healthcare, skilled nursing, assisted living, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and general office systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Preferred Experience Skilled nursing facility or long-term care business office experience. Familiarity with resident accounts, insurance billing, Medicaid/Medicare processes, or accounts receivable. Experience with Medicaid apps, invoice processing, or vendor coordination.
